What this disclaimer says, in one sentence
Attest deliverables are AI-assisted structured assessments that pass a multi-stage quality review before sending — automated scoring against our rubric, with escalation to a human reviewer for anything below our quality threshold. They are not professional legal, financial, taxation, security, or compliance advice, and acting on them is your decision.
1. How deliverables are produced
Each deliverable goes through this pipeline:
- You buy a tier via the Stripe Payment Link
- You submit your intake answers (endpoint URL, service description, risk category, pricing intent, etc.)
- We draft the assessment using AI-assisted tooling built around our scoring methodology, schemas, and templates
- The draft passes a multi-stage quality review: automated scoring against our rubric plus an independent verification pass. Any deliverable that falls below our quality threshold is escalated to a human reviewer, who corrects errors and sanity-checks recommendations before it can ship
- We email you the deliverable
The quality-review step is part of every deliverable. We do not deliver unreviewed AI output to paying customers.
2. What a deliverable is
A deliverable is a structured assessment of your service as you described it, against publicly known conventions in the agent commerce space (Stripe Link wallets, Shared Payment Tokens, Agentic Commerce Protocol, x402, AP2, the Model Context Protocol, common manifest/policy/receipt schemas, etc.). It includes:
- A readiness score and breakdown
- Recommended payment rail and rationale
- Top gaps and a next-build checklist
- For higher tiers, drafted manifest, policy, receipt, and ledger-event JSON files for your service
3. What a deliverable is not
A deliverable is not:
- Legal advice. Whether your service is lawful in your jurisdiction, whether your terms are enforceable, whether you have correctly disclaimed your AI tooling, or whether you need a licence is a legal question for a qualified lawyer.
- Financial advice. Whether you should price your service at a given level, whether agent payment rails will perform commercially, or whether to take a specific commercial bet is a financial decision for you and your advisers.
- Security or compliance certification. Our readiness score is not a SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or AUSTRAC compliance attestation. It does not certify your service is safe from abuse, breach, or regulator action.
- A guarantee of agent payment rail eligibility. Stripe Link, SPT, ACP, x402, and AP2 each have their own eligibility, KYC, and risk-review processes. We can recommend a rail, we cannot guarantee acceptance.
- A guarantee of revenue, customers, or commercial outcome. Implementing our recommendations does not guarantee that agents will discover, choose, or pay your service.
4. Your responsibility
You agree:
- To use the deliverable as one input among many in your own commercial and engineering judgement
- To verify any rail-specific or jurisdiction-specific claim with the relevant provider, regulator, or counsel before implementing
- That implementation of the recommendations, and the consequences of that implementation, are your responsibility
5. Accuracy and currency
The agent commerce space moves quickly. A deliverable reflects publicly available information and conventions at the time of writing. Conventions, eligibility, and pricing across the rails change. We do not undertake to update past deliverables when conventions change. If your deliverable is more than 90 days old, treat its rail-specific claims as worth re-checking.
If you find a factual error in a deliverable within 7 days of receiving it, email hello@getattest.com.au with the subject Deliverable correction — <order ID> and we will issue a corrected version at no cost.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a deliverable is limited as stated in the Terms of Service. ACL consumer guarantees apply on top of that and are not excluded by this disclaimer.
